Wildflower Jelly

One of my favorite things to make in the spring is wildflower jelly! It is super simple to make, has many health benefits & is magically delicious!

Today I made wild foraged violet & dandelion jelly!

Violets are a traditional cleansing herb, respiratory remedy, and great for the lymphatic system. Dandelions are full of antioxidants, reduces inflamation, and manage blood pressure- blood sugar & cholesterol.

Recipe:

4 c tea (any edible flower)

4 c cane sugar

1.75 oz pectin

2 tbs fresh lemon juice
