{the seed}

In 2018, I survived a near death experience and spiraled into a deep depression. I decided to literally hike my way out of a very dark place.

Barefoot and curious. Chasing salamanders and butterflies. Lips stained with blackberries and pockets full of stones and pine cones. Buttercups under my chin. Happy and free.

The forest has provided me with the space, quiet, stillness, permission and ability to cope with my trauma and heal deep generation and ancestral wounds.

I hope to share all of the lessons I have learned from the forest and her magic with all of you.
